Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park

Area: 300 hectares; the first phase with 70 hectares and the second phase 230 hectares. Base on Approval Decision No 1601/QD-BXD date December 15th, 1999 of Ministry of Construction in detail planning. Currently, developer is carrying out investment in phase 2 with 230 hectares.

Location: Hamlet 5, Duc Hoa Dong Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province. Characteristic:

-   Bordering Ho Chi Minh City along Provincial Road 825 and 18km from center of HCM City.  

-   25km from Tan Son Nhat Int’l Airport and 28km from Tan Cang Port.

-   12 km from National Highway 1A and 13km from National Highway 22 (The Trans-Asia Highway).

-   Between 3 large residential areas, there are Duc Hoa Townlet (Long An province), Binh Chanh Townlet and District Six (HCMC). 

Infrastructure:

-   Asphalted internal roads are set for every ward so as to be enable container trucks to reach each plot of land in the industrial
park.  

-   A medium-voltage station connected with the national power grid supplies power to each enterprise in the industrial park.

-   Water supply from underground water is supplied directly to each enterprise by the investor with water price according to regulation of government.

-   Waste water drainage system is installed to each enterprise for collecting all them to the waste water treatment plant with waste water treatment fee USD $0.2/m3 .

Targeted industries: light industry of little pollution (environmentally friendly) such as agro and aquatic product processing; agricultural equipment production, consumer's goods
and building materials production.
 

Trans-Asia Industrial Park  

  • Area: 400 hectares; the first phase with 50 hectares and the second phase 255.6 hectares. Base on Approval decision No. 224/QD-BXD date Feb 6th, 2002 of Ministry of Construction in detail planning.

  • Location: Province Road 824, My Hanh Bac Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province. Characteristic

-         45 kilometers from Tan An Town, 8kms Duc Hoa Townlet and 25km from centre of HCM City.

-        Connecting Trans-Asia Highway and 7km from it.

-         18 kilometers from Tan Son Nhat Int’l Airport, 25km from Tan Cang Port and 28km from Saigon Port.

-        Borders new urban area, whose is the same developer, with 200 hectares and between 3 large residential quarters, including Due Hoa Townlet, Hau Nghia Townlet (Long An province), Hoc Mon Townlet (HCM City ).

 

   Infrastructure:

     -       Asphalted two-lane internal roads with distance of street's axis from 200m to 400m

          are set to create safety bumps on the road in order to ensure that container trucks

          come in and out easily.

-        A medium-voltage station connected with the national power grid supplies power to

     each enterprise in the industrial park.  

 -       On-site underground water treatment plan with a capacity of 12,000m³ per day is supplied directly to each enterprise with water price according to regulation of government.  

 -       Waste water drainage system is installed to each enterprise for collecting all them to the waste water treatment plant that is applied Japanese technology.
