Tan Duc Industrial Park

• Area: 535.6 hectares; the first phase with 276.14 hectares and the second phase 259.46 hectares. Base on Approval Decision No 90/QD-UB date January 9th 2003 of People's Committee of Long An Province in detail planning.

 

Location: Huu Thanh Commune and Duc Hoa Ha Commune, Due Hoa District, Long An Province. Characteristic:

  • Adjacent to Provincial Road 830 and 825 to National Highway 1A that leads to HCM city and provinces of Mekong Delta.

  • Borders on Vam Co Dong River through to East Sea and leading to HCM City , provinces of Mekong Delta and other areas by waterways conveniently.

  • In the detail planning, there is a container port being adjacent to Vam Co River.

  • 20 kilometers from Centre of HCM City and Tan Son Nhat Int’l Airport , 15 kilometers from Ben Luc Townlet.

  • A project to build the residential area next to industrial park covering 422 hectares capable of serving accommodation for over 58,000 people. Now, developer is carrying out investment in phase 1 with 74.22 hectares.

·   Location: Duc Hoa III industrial park. Duc Lap Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province. Characteristic:  

-     Bordering on HCM City and 25 kilometers from the centre of HCM City .

-     Connecting National Road No.22 (Trans-Asia Route) and 9km from it.

-     Between 3 large residential areas including Duc Hoa Townlet, Hau Nghia Townlet (Long An Province) and Cu Chi Townlet (HCM City).

·   Targeted Industries: industries for mechanical assembling and manufacturing, consumer's goods production.
