Tan Phuoc Industrial Park

·         Area: 60 hectares. Base on Approval Decisions No 1957/QD- UB date May 30th, 2003 of People Committee of Long An Province in detail planning.

·         Location: Tan Phuoc Hamlet, Tan Kim Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province. Characteristic:

-         Border on HCM City, adjacent to National Hight 50 and Can Giuoc river, two main overland and waterway networks to other economic centers at home and aboard.

-         20km from the centre of HCM City and next to Can Giuoc Townlet.

-         20km from Saigon Port, near to the sea ports of future (ready planned), including Hiep Phuoc Port (12km from it by land) Tan Tap Port (20km from it by waterway).

-         25km from Tan Son Nhat Int’l Airport.

 

·         Targeted industries: industries for agro and aquatic product processing; agricultural equipment production, consumer's goods, building materials production, storehouse, wharf, and port.

 

 

Tan Tap Port Industrial Park

·         Area: 700 hectares, consisting of industrial park (500 hectares) and sea port (500 hectares). Base on Approval Decisions No 2542/QD-UB date May 28th, 1999 of People Committee of Long An Province in master planning.

 

·         Location: Tan Tap Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province. Characteristic:

-         Adjacent to Kenh Hang River and Soai Rap river which are one of the gateways to the inland waterway network connecting Long An with HCM City, the Mekong Delta, Southeastern provinces and enabling it to connect to international shipping line.

-         In the planning, there is a sea port for over 20,000-30,000 DWT vessels that will be built for the industrial park.

-         30km from the centre of HCM City and 30km from Tan Son Nhat Int’l Airport

·         Targeted industries: industries for manufacturing raw materials, requiring vast lands, and with average level of pollution, heavy industries and storehouse, port.
