Thuan Dao Industrial Park

• Area: 113.8 hectares. Base on Approval Decision No 776/QD-BXD date June 02^nd 1999 of Ministry of Construction in detail planning.

• Location: Thuan Dao Street, Ben Luc Town, Ben Luc District, Long An Province. Characteristic:

-         Connecting National Highway No 1A and only 9 km from it; 14 km from North Nha Be-South Binh Chanh expressway and 4 km from the Ben Luc intersection of HCM City- Can Tho expressway that is planning to build.

-         Near to Bourbon river port and Vam Co Dong River that is important waterways direct access to the sea and provinces of Mekong Delta.

-         24 kilometers from centre of HCM City and 15 kilometers from Tan An Town.

-         22 kilometers from Tan Son Nhat Airport and 16 kilometers from Saigon Port.

-         Next to Thuan Dao residential quarter, where is invested; being adjacent of Thuan Dao industrial PARK that have been expanding.

- Being adjacent to National Highway 1A, 22km from the centre of HCM City and 16km from Tan An Town.

- 16km from North Nha Be-South Binh Chanh Blvd and 5km from the intersection of HCM City-Can Tho

 expressway that is planning to build.

- 28km from Tan Son Nhat Int'l Airport; 4km from Bourbon Port, 16km from Saigon Port.

- Between 2 large residential areas including Ben Luc Townlet and Go Den Townlet.

• Targeted industries: industry of little air pollution such as industries for agro and aquatic product processing; agricultural equipment production, consumer's goods, building materials production and hi-tech industries.
