The new shopping center and business center building is located in the province of Binh Duong, South of Vietnam, about an hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City. Becamex IDC, Vietnam's leading Investment Corporation and Industrial Development company occupies the top floors of the building. Several of the middle floors are reserved for a  "Business Center" offering office rentals, ranging from office for one person to a medium-sized company of 20 persons and up.  Many  start-ups companies can save costs of newly established offices by sharing facilities and services such as photo-copying machine, internet connection, fax, secretary, etc.  The Becamex's Business Center is designed to help facilitate foreign investors that look to open a representative office, sourcing office or start-ups in Binh Duong province, Ho Chi Minh City and near-by provinces.  The cost for renting offices in HCMC is much higher than in Binh Duong which is not that far from HCMC and the business center therefore offers a new way to get into the Vietnam market at lower cost.
